Well I am getting very anxious to go back to my normal eating now. It is just starting to hit me how much I want to eat GOOD food. But one statement: I am so SICK of rice!!!
Breakfast:
Smoothie
toast w/ PB
Lunch:
rice w/ mushrooms and carrots
Dinner:
rice with potatoes and pumpkin squash
Dessert:
SOY ice cream sandwich (SOOO good!)
